Margherita ($26)
Margherita Pizza is a dish that allows you to savour the quality of the key pizza elements that the restaurant offers – the tomatoes, cheese and dough!
This irresistible-looking pizza topped with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzerella Fior di Latte, grana Padano, basil and extra virgin olive oil had me break my plan of saving stomach space for more varieties. I couldn’t help but reach out for another serving of this luscious, juicy and slightly charred pizza! The tomato sauce is notably light, sweet and superior in quality, while the chunky mozzarella and grana Padano balance out the flavours and adds chewiness.
This is where Atmastel stands out. The dough is made from 100% stone-milled flour, ensuring health-and-flavour giving nutrients in every bite. It is literally ‘Love at first crust’, owing to the aromatic, airy yet crispy texture! The all natural pre-ferment biga is given 48 hours to ferment.
Prosciutto & Asparagus ($34)
Using refined culinary techniques, Chef Matteo prepared this drool-inducing creation that mixes Atmastel’s signature Prosciutto with asparagus, broccoli cream, grana padano, San Daniele ham chips and mozzarella to give a sensational experience. Each mouthful is filled with the mild sweetness and smoothness of broccoli cream, the crunchiness of asparagus stalks and ham chips, topped with the smoky savoury taste of thinly sliced prosciutto. This medley of flavours is a hit!

Seafood lovers can pamper themselves with this harmonious seafood pizza that offers a mixture of clams, squids and prawns, garnished with garlic, chilli flakes and parsley. Expect to experience the brilliance of high quality fresh seafood and handmade San Marzano Tomato sauce. Needless to reiterate, the quality of the San Marzano Tomato sauce at Atmastel is so fine, juicy but not over-powering! Unlike many pizzas, cheese is not in the equation for Atmastel’s seafood pizza. This allows the natural flavours of the seafood to come forth more distinctly.
Sausage & Potatoes $34
This delectable sausages and potatoes pizza contains a plethora of flavours, stemming from the bold and tangy gorgonzola cheese, mildly sweet crumbly purple potatoes slices, well-seasoned zingy handmade sausages balls and nutritiously bitter rocket leaves. We enjoyed these handmade smoky Italian sausages. Pace yourself in relishing this dish and you will fully enjoy the richness of flavours it encompasses!
Black Truffle $48
If you are looking for a cheesy pizza, the black truffle pizza topped whole slices of Italian Black Truffle, buffalo mozzarella freshly flown in from Italy, and DOP certified grana Padano, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil is the pizza to go! Indulge in a freshly baked and generously lathered earthy truffle flavoured pizza. It is simple yet well-executed and tasty. Love the aromatic truffle shavings, chunks of mozzarella cheese and flaky grana Padano cheese that add texture.
