London Duck X.O. Sauce Rice Dumpling
This sizeable London Duck X.O. Sauce Rice Dumpling wrapped with several fragrant bamboo leaves releases an inviting aroma. Skilfully prepared, the glutinous rice is well done and neither clumpy nor soggy. For those who enjoy premium meat, this dumpling contains succulent duck meat and pork belly at its core, and completed with mushrooms and crunchy chestnuts. Dip it into the signature X.O. sauce to embolden the overall taste! The X.O. sauce brings the taste a notch higher, stirring up the taste buds with a warm tangy sensation coming from the chilli and crispy dried shrimp flavours. As we continued munching on this delectable ‘Ba Zhang’, we were hoping for more of the duck and pork belly!
