When you find someone who would make time to listen to you despite the hectic workload, you know you've found a person you should cherish. Val is such a friend and sister.
Our friendship traces back to primary school. We share the same passion and beliefs. Time and again, we found ourselves serving in the same ministry. Val is a talented musician and writer, yet she's never haughty. She has a pleasant and assuring disposition, caring and always putting others before herself - an inspiring presence. Our friendship deepened over the recent years, together with J & M. It is just comforting to know that they are always there to understand and encourage you to be a better person.
So here's a short post to wish this humble lady, a very happy birthday!
If you're looking for a relaxing way to spend your afternoon and recharge after a busy week, the Starbucks Fullerton Waterboat House will be a good place to settle down, have a cuppa latte and a slice of cake! After which, you can have a scenic stroll down the Merlion Park!
